This a very solid bike, rides very smooth and fast. The assembly is short, pretty much putting the front wheel on. Customer service was very helpful, my bike arrive defective, it was not charging. Customer service fixed it though and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this bike

I use the bike for work & stuff I also let my brother ride as well and he enjoys it. it's got around 300miles within the 2 months I've had it, and if I ever had any issues with it I'd contact support and they've been really quick on replying back. so all I have to say is, great bike! & great costumer support! Until it died at 6 months fun but doesn't last...

After a long search of finding the right E bike I am actually very happy with this purchase. This bike is a powerhouse and a total thrill to ride. It’s my first e bike and was seriously blown away by its capability. Being an experienced MTB rider, this bike feels SOLID although it is not light, it feels very sturdy. Very good for light trail use and any other kind of terrain with the tires the bike comes with. Battery life is impressive, super fun, & would highly recommend it.

Great bike! A little intimidating at first but like everything good you quickly get used to it and gain more confidence every time you ride.

I am having a blast riding under any conditions. This bike is a beast and I love it.
