F3 Foldable Electric Bike 20" 32KPH | 72KM Range

This is our 3rd purchase of a GoTrax e-bike. The battery has significantly improved and the issues with wiring from the EBE4 appear to have been resolved. (Allowing you to disconnect wires from motor for changing the tire was horrible on the EBE4)
The battery level on the display could be better because it goes down in larger chunks than I expected, but we can live with that. The bike does not have a “gentle” start with the throttle, more like a sudden jerk start, but we are getting used to that as well.
Over all we love this bike and would not hesitate to buy it again. I do wish that GoTrax had better support for buying replacement batteries, so you will probably have to go somewhere else to buy your replacement battery. Can you see a replacement battery available for the F3 on the GoTrax site right now? No. Plus I cannot get a battery replacement for my EBE4 unless I go to Amazon.
The folding part of this bike is essential for us because we do a lot of destination driving rides and both our GoTrax bikes easily fit into our Ford Escape.
The F3 was purchased for my wife (Age 66) and she is comfortable riding this bike. She was using the EBE1 before. I am using the EBE4 (Not the Pro version) and now I am wishing I could also buy this F3 as it is much more powerful and longer rides. Also, the price I feel is really fair for what you get.

This bike is amazing! Bought it as a present for myself. Assembly was very easy. I recommend reading the instructions through before beginning. Rides great manually or with pedal assist. Smooth ride over asphalt, dirt or grass. I purchased saddle bags from Amazon. Great for storing whatever I may need for my ride. Strongly recommend A++

I am an old school mountain bike racer who's too old to race now. That being said, I am really enjoying the Gotrax F3. It came with some assembly required, however, this was easy to do with a clear instruction manual. I have had issues with the bike not getting power due to the placement of a connection in the wire next to the key. It always becomes disconnected when I fold the bike, and sometimes when I'm out riding too. It's a weird thing and I am currently trying to figure out exactly what the workaround is.

This is my first Ebike and I haven’t ridden a bike in nearly 30 years. My F3 arrived in about 9 days in perfect condition. It was easy to inbox and assemble. All the electronics work as they should. I charged the battery in a few hours and inflated the tires to recommended pressure. I do believe it’s slightly to large for me but I’m still able to make it work. (I’m 5’4”) I’m still very happy with my purchase.

Ordered the bike to have something to ride while RVing. Arrived as scheduled and easy to set up. Contacted customer support with a few questions and received an answer almost immediately. Very good product and support.
